2. WHO CAN USE OUR SERVICES

Eligibility

You must be:

• 18+ years old or

• A licensed healthcare provider in Ghana

Account Requirements

• Use real identity (verified via Ghana Medical Association # if applicable)

• Keep login credentials secure (enable 2FA)

• Not share access (violation = immediate termination)

3. PERMITTED USES

For Patients (QurBook App)

✔ Book appointments
✔ View medical records
✔ Securely message providers

For Providers (QurPro App)

✔ Manage patient care
✔ Process e-prescriptions
✔ Bill insurers

Prohibited Activities

❌ Data scraping/automated queries
❌ Attempting to bypass security
❌ Using PHI for marketing without consent

Our services are provided "as is" - we don't guarantee:

• 100% uptime (though we target 99.9%)

• Treatment outcomes

• Third-party service performance

Governing Law

Disputes will be resolved under Ghanaian law through:

1. Mediation (Accra-based)

2. Courts in Accra if unresolved

7. CHANGES & TERMINATION

• We may update these Terms (notification via app/email)

• Violations may result in immediate account suspension

• Export your data anytime before termination
