With over 24 years of diverse experience, Papa Kwabla has excelled in Accountancy & Finance, Investment & Asset Management, Corporate Finance & Research, Microfinance, Health Insurance, Auditing, Brokerage, Construction, Oil & Gas Marketing, Commodity Trading, Importation of General Commodities, Transportation & Haulage, and Teaching & Training.
Papa Kwabla has held prominent roles from Finance Manager to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) across several notable companies. His leadership has been instrumental in enhancing stakeholder engagement and driving organizational success. Noteworthy achievements include leading the listing of Clydestone Ghana Limited, the first IT Company on the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE), and Bense Oil Palm Plantation Limited, the first palm oil producer on the GSE. He has also spearheaded significant national projects such as market surveys for the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority at Kotoka International Airport and feasibility studies for Ghana Post Company's Door-to-Door Postal Service.
As a seasoned Finance and Investment Management expert, Health Insurance practitioner, and Business & Financial Behavior Management Coach, Papa Kwabla has most recently served as Group General Manager of Deliman Group Limited. He currently holds the positions of CEO and Managing Director of Gamma Petroleum & Energy Services Ltd, CEO of Eliseli Ltd, and Consultant for Hilson Petroleum Ghana Limited. His board memberships reflect his commitment to promoting shareholder interests and ensuring effective organizational operations.
Papa Kwabla holds an MSc in Business & International Accounting & Finance from Buckinghamshire New University, UK, and a BA (Hons) in Administration (Accounting & Economics) from the University of Ghana, Legon. He has further enhanced his expertise with specialized courses, including a Certificate in Legal & Regulatory Supervision of Brokerage Firms from the Ghana Stock Exchange.
